Shipping and Returns
When will your order be shipped?
All orders placed on working days (Mondays - Saturdays) within opening hours (10am - 4pm) will be shipped within 48 hours of making your order. Any orders placed on Sundays or out of opening hours (before 10am & after 4pm) will be dealt with the next working day and shipped 48 hours afterwards.
Which carrier do we use?
We use Royal Mail to deliver all of our packages.
What are the shipping rates/delivery options?

Standard UK Delivery: £3.95
Before the final checkout page you will be shown the cost of shipping and you will have the a chance to confirm your order if you wish to go ahead.
What is our Returns/Exchange Policy?
Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date shown on receipt/order form.
Items must be unworn and unwashed.
Shoes must be tried on indoors only.
Items must have all original tags and labels still attached.
Please note that all SALE items are non refundable.
Do we offer exchanges?
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process online exchanges. However you can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice.
Alternatively you can bring your item into our shop where we will be able to offer you a credit note or exchange only. If you wish to exchange an online order in store you will need to bring your original receipt/order form and some proof of identity. Please read our 'Returns Policy' stated above to see if your order meets the requirements for an exchange to be made.
How do I return an item?
Repack the item you wish to return in it's original packaging or in a secure, waterproof package with the original labels still attached.
Cover your address with the Carries label found on your returns form.
Return the package and obtain proof of postage. Keep your certificate of postage as this will be your proof of postage.
We are sorry, but we are unable to offer free returns for customers. Returns must be made at your own cost. Please read our 'Returns Policy' stated above to see if your order meets the requirements for an return to be made.
A refund will be processed once we receive the returned items. Original delivery charges are not refundable.
